WCBBA UNLIMITED TOURNAMENTS

I understand that my team(s) must submit a roster with name, age, grade, and number. A maximum of 12 players can be on the roster. I must also submit a team picture to match the roster. I understand that tournament game times can be any time between 7:30am to 9:15pm. Tournament locations, times and games are not guaranteed. Tournament games will not be given when venue or grade level is not available.

I understand that the Unlimited Tournament Subscription with WCBBA may be terminated by WCBBA for the following reasons without any refund:
Any violation of WCBBA conduct policy. This includes fighting and excessive arguing with staff and/or referees. This also includes the fans of my Basketball Club in violation of WCBBA conduct policy. Non-payment or not current on payments. Participating with players that are not on my 12-player team roster submitted to WCBBA.

My Basketball Club will provide compensation to WCBBA of $500.00 or $100.00 per month for 4 months with an initial payment of $100, for the services rendered by WCBBA as required by this Agreement. Payments may be subject to processing fees. A fee of $100.00 per payment will be charged to my Club for any insufficient funds or chargebacks as a result of attempts by WCBBA to collect payments. My team(s) must bring a minimum of 10 paid fans per team per tournament (this does not include coaches), if not the credit card on file with my club will be charged the difference between number of required minimum fans (10) and the number of actual fans that week for that team multiplied by $10. The number of attending paid fans is determined by WCBBA and not by my Club. My team(s) must let WCBBA know a minimum of 8 days in advance if they will be attending the following week's tournament by filling out the online form. A link will be supplied by WCBBA. Any no show to a tournament, not having enough players to play or canceling tournament will result in a $100.00 fee charged to the ​credit
